I’ll be watching last night sometime today on Octave 8 Channel. Your parents might like Octave 8. It’s got all kinds of stuff on it. That’s where I watch most of American Idol and they just cut Ryan Secret out.

I wasn’t. Sigh. In Nashville I was still one hour off. Thursday, last night, I was in my hotel room and it was on, but I was desperately trying to find a flight back home. Which we are on now. Yes, freeping from the sky! First time! I think I see the malasian air flight up here. Oh, too soon? Sorry. Lol.
No, my husband’s mom, 92 and in poor health, has taken a turn for the worse and he needs to get to her, so I need to come home to watch the little boy he was watching. Taking him wouldn’t have been suitable. My Mil is a beautiful lady and she deserves to have her only surviving child (my husband) by her side. So he will take off after I get home.
Next week I was gonna be live, while at my mom’s in charleston, sc! Now, not. :(. But this is even more important than this thread. Please say a little prayer that he makes it to her side. And one for her ascent where her husband and daughter are waiting with open arms, and where she can breathe again, or at least doesn’t need to struggle. <3 love you guys. Thanks.

Jonny, since your parents are about my age and they have no trouble using Roku, that is encouraging.
I miss Netflix and would like to get it back, esp. for the foreign films.

Any questions re: roku, ask any time. I’m on one year and it’s easy to do. So many channels which are easy to select and if you don’t like, you can remove. So much entertainment. If you can do a post at free republic, you can Roku. Hd 1080 pixels.
Worst case scenario you have to go to your wireless router, unplug that at the router in the back for 12 seconds, plug that back in, wait for that to turn back on and then you're back in business. It happens almost never this year. It's year two and pretty consistently no problems.
You can get your router ID number which is located usually on a sticker on your wireless router. If you need a password, you will need to call your internet provider and ask them for customer id number. If you have Wi-Fi, you already have a customer id number - that should work for the Roku too. That's everything.

American Idol clips best location at Octave 8 Channel. Go to “On Demand” and click “Music” then click “AI”. There’s a good review at Octave 8 for singing shows “on demand” but under a category called “Life and Style” then click on “ENTV” for tv reviews. Newscasters: Click on Fox if you like Red Eye and that’s a left click, the Fox News channel is hard to navigate but it’s free. You’ll catch on to the rest.
