Re: Come on Bender admit who you hate most Raider fan Eagle fan Red Skin fan 49ers Seahawk fan LOL! Put in category who you can stand of all those fans

Okay, Seven, as you know... the Deadskins are Number 1 on my hate list!

And in the following order are the Iggles... the Jersey Jints and Bozs from the San Fran Bay.

The Seahags are up and coming but only disliked... and not to the level of hate yet. But Pete Carroll is working overtime to get them promoted.

Teams I used to hate but now just tolerate and make fun of... are the Viqueens, Jets, Dollphins and Cards.

Of course, I once hated the Packers most of all for their early domination of my Boys in the 1960s yet nowadays I even can pull for them against certain teams. That goes for the Pats also as I have forgiven them for the insufferable way they were when they almost had the 'perfect' season.

Had they made it 19 and 0, they'd be up... with the Deadskins.

As to your Waiders, I don't hate them unless it is the week... they are playing the Cowboys.

Giving the Patriots (Which will probably mean Manning will choke)

Taking the 49ers although I think 'hawks will win (Which will mean the ‘hawks offense will come alive and win by way more than 4)

Although I was 4-0 last week with the spread. Week before was 1-3, lol so who knows.

OK, here we go. My take...

Projected winners: Denver & Seattle although both are vulnerable.

Why I picked 'em and how they can be upset (based on scoring, yardage rankings, and offense-defense matchups):

NEW ENGLAND at DENVER
Denver:
How Denver should win: by showing up
How Denver could lose: getting too far behind NE

This should be another gunfight at the Denver Broncos (“OK Corral”) Stadium with both offenses firing away and it could be “the last one with the ball wins.” Denver’s #1 scoring offense should put up points against NE’s #10 scoring defense. The Denver Broncos are a one-trick pony express (“PASS”!!) ranked #1 in passing yardage in the NFL. NE’s #18 pass defense is in trouble. Even Denver’s mediocre #15 rush offense looks strong against NE’s 3rd worst rush defense in the NFL. Nevertheless, NE’s #10 scoring defense shows it may be stubborn in the red zone. Denver’s main vulnerability is their 3rd worst pass defense in the NFL and it may be a critical vulnerability in this game. If Denver falls too far behind, it may have trouble catching up with NE.
NE:
How NE could win: pass much more than run
How NE may lose: getting too far behind Denver

NE will also need to keep up with Denver’s scoring and has a chance to do so with the NFL’s 3rd best scoring offense going against Denver’s paltry #22 scoring defense. Tom Brady’s #10 passing offense should mow down Denver’s weak #27 pass defense so this should be another gunfight. NE’s fair offensive yardage rankings do not reflect its high scoring offense which suggests red zone effectiveness and/or effective special teams. NE’s #9 rush is countered well by Denver’s #8 rush defense, so if NE runs too much they will probably fall behind which could be fatal, as with San Diego last Sunday. But if NE sticks to their guns staying mostly with the pass, they should have good scoring chances. NE’s mediocre-to-lousy defense yardage ranking belies its #10 scoring defense which suggests that its defense, like its offense, is tough in the red zone.
Projected winner: Denver

SAN FRANCISCO at SEATTLE
Seattle:
How Seattle should win: by rushing much more than passing
How Seattle could lose: by passing too much

Unlike the offensive battle in the AFC, this NFC Championship game will be dominated by defense. Seattle has the #1 defense against scoring in the NFL. They are also the #1 defense against pass yardage and #7 against rush yardage. The strength of Seattle’s #8 scoring offense is their #4 rush yardage. Their weakness is their #26 pass yardage offense greatly outmatched by SF’s #7 pass defense. The match is a toss-up when Seattle runs, #4 run offense vs. #4 run defense. Under playoff pressure, it could be a challenge for Seattle to use their best chance on offense by running much more than passing. Seattle’s “12th Man” home advantage could make up for game-plan mistakes.
Niners:
How SF could win: rush much more than pass
How SF might lose: too many pass plays.

SF’s strength is their #3 defense against scoring which should effectively slow down Seattle’s # 8 scoring offense. SF’s #4 run defense should slow down Seattle’s #4 run offense while SF’s #7 pass defense should effectively shut down Seattle’s #26 pass offense. SF has to hope Seattle decides to pass a lot. SF has the same challenge on offense as Seattle. SF’s offensive strength is their #3 rush which should score against Seattle’s #7 rush defense. However, SF has yet to turn Kaepernick into a fully developed QB and their offense into a fully dimensional offense. SF will almost certainly lose if their game plan majors on their 3rd worst pass offense in the NFL against Seattle’s #1 pass defense. SF needs to do more than rely on its defense to win the game and SF’s best chance to outscore Seattle on offense is to mostly run the ball. For viewers, the most competitive part of the game will be Seattle’s and SF’s rush offense (#4 and #3) against Seattle’ and SF’s rush defense (#4 and #7).
Projected winner: Seattle

Well, I’ve been saying DEN-SEA since the preseason, so I’ll stick with that pick.

Although, as a SF fan, I’d like to see them win the whole thing.

Predictions:

NEW @ DEN: 30-28. DEN wins on a late field goal. NEW covers.
SF @ SEA: 17-13. Defensive game. Push.

Barring catastrophic injuries, whichever NFC teams wins will win the SB.

As to your Waiders, I don't hate them unless it is the week... they are playing the Cowboys.

That would be my idea of a Superbowl!!

When I was ninewe were given a choice of 2 football helmets - 49ers or Raiders.

The red and gold seemed kind of girly to me so I chose the silver and black.

A few years later I saw the cheerleadersand the Cowboys ruled in the NFC.

I don't hate the whiners but Seattle doesn't have much else going for it sports-wise so why not let them get to the Superbowl where they will promptly choke and lose to the Cheatriots.

Yes, Bahstoned rolls the Horseplops and smokes em 41-24.

Kraperdick throws a pick-six with 2 left, and the Weedhawks puff it out 14-13.

I'll be having some beer delivered...Boy I sure love Beergirl!

Well, dude, I have to agree with your on the Dallas Cheerleaders... as they make my heart jump, too!

Now, who in his right mind... could object to Lone Star Beer... Gal?

I picked the Seahag in today's game simply because... I hate the Sixty-Niners much more and never, ever want them to win another Super Bowl!

I picked the Broncos in the second game because I like Mile High Manning... more than Brady, Brady, Brady! However, I could live with big's Pattycakes winning only if the promise in blood, under no circumstances will they let the Boys From The Bay win in the Super Bowl.

Hey, Bend, the dude is correct in his choice of the Pats. He has a great 70s/Arron Boy porn moustache for a 9-year old boy... and Brady will clean Manning clock and not waste a minute. Then he'll tear Kaepernick's tats clean off while drilling him a new a-hole--

And, I like... beer gal, too!

Hey, big, I kinda like that last thing... you said Tom wiould do to me--

Re: Well Done and very entertaining!!!

Yes, my Golden Globes trip... was a pure, unadulterated joy--

However, last night's Screen Actors Guild Awards was... not.

I got... shut out--

However, they did show the a trailer for "The Monuments Men." Here is a still from my cameo.. and you may have to look a bit to find me--

George says they will push for me to be nominated for Best Robot Cameo and do a huge print and TV 'For Your Consideration' Ad campaign but you know George... He lies!

Joe Montana = sexual bliss.

4 SBs, 4 W’s, 11 TDs, 0 INT.

NO ONE, not Gomer Manning or Nancy Brady can ever achieve that perfection.
