Sean Penn and Charlize Theron seem to be getting awfully serious.
On Saturday evening during the Help Haiti Home Gala in Beverly Hills the 53-year-old actor hinted his 38-year-old lady love of several months changed his mind about his the astonishing number of gund he owns - 65 in total - per E!
In his speech the Mystic River actor said 'a strong woman who happens to be from South Africa' convinced him to destroy the fire arms.

'Sean stated during his speech, 'Being provoked by this aforementioned strong woman and considering how liberating of bulls--t and ugliness it would be not only get rid of the guns I have in the continental United States but also to destroy them, Jeff Koons and I had a chat the other day,' Penn said.
He added, 'The highest bidder gets every single one of my guns put in the hands of this iconic artist and sculptor
Koons will decommission [and] render inactive all of my cowardly killing machines.'

Charlize Theron’s mother killed her father.
I recall reading somewhere that Charlize Theron witnessed her mother shoot her abusive father dead when she was a young woman.
Actually, Theron’s mother killed her abusive alcoholic father by shooting him. She calls her Mother her hero.. So which is it?
Charlize Theron, moron!
Penn served time for assault and was charged with domestic abuse. How does he pass background checks?
There should be enough shared pathologies to keep these two busy for years. Hope she’s up on her Krav Maga.
In his speech the Mystic River actor said ‘a strong woman who happens to be from South Africa’ convinced him to destroy the fire arms.
Right, because white people who actually live in South Africa have absolutely no need of firearms for self-protection. It’s a veritable paradise!
“All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others.”
It might be fun to see what she would do to try and convince you to get rid of your guns.... knowing that you are just going to tell her no anyway.

The true story of one man's reluctant but relentless war against the invaders of his country.A quiet, wealthy plantation owner, Jack Hinson watched the start of the Civil War with disinterest. Opposed to secession and a friend to Union and Confederate commanders alike, he did not want a war. After Union soldiers seized and murdered his sons, placing their decapitated heads on the gateposts of his estate, Hinson could remain indifferent no longer. He commissioned a special rifle for long-range accuracy, he took to the woods, and he set out for revenge. This remarkable biography presents the story of Jack Hinson, a lone Confederate sniper who, at the age of 57, waged a personal war on Grant's army and navy. The result of 15 years of scholarship, this meticulously researched and beautifully written work is the only account of Hinson's life ever recorded and involves an unbelievable cast of characters, including the Earp brothers, Jesse James, and Nathan Bedford Forrest.
Obviously, her mother is a flawed hero. She was a hero for killing him, but she chose poorly when she picked such a dangerous weapon to use. In hindsight, it would have been much more commendable if she had found a knife, or bludgeon, with which to accomplish the deed.
See comment #10.
I think she should take her advocacy on the road and try to get the people in the Johannesburg slums to destroy their firearms. After all, women and minorities are hardest hit!
so says the woman who glamorized guns of all kinds in Aeon Flux.
per others, i’d take guns over her any day.
You have a talent for writing fantasy.
You D ick!
Whatever....
Who’s the magician in the room?
Doh!!!!
Superbowl is coming up...
Sean Penn is not wrapped too tight and while he is free to exercise his constitutional rights, any woman with sense just might want to avoid domestic spats even if they are dumb enough to get involved with him.
hell, I’d let her try her wyly ways upon me but, ain’t no ‘mount of sex from one hairdo gonna make me give up sumpin so say cred, when there’s just so many many more hairdo’s in the world...
