(CNSNews.com) American taxpayers spent $7.45 billion to help developing countries cope with climate change in fiscal years 2010 through 2012, according to a federal government report submitted to the United Nations on a subject that Secretary of State John Kerry described as a truly life-and-death challenge.
That sum of $7.45 billion, which reached more than 120 countries through bilateral and multilateral channels, met President Obamas commitment to provide our fair share of a collective pledge by developed nations to provide a total of nearly $30 billion in fast start finance (FSF), the report stated.

It's fiction with plenty of facts.
Hey, it’s a world wide thing here...either get with the liberal program or go visit the Antarctica and notice the excess ice.
A good read.
7.45 Billion dollars to cope with a non-existent hoax and yet the bastards in Congress can’t give our veterans returning from these $hitholes of the world an annual cost of living raise. Pathetic.
Oh, and I forgot to add, FU John Kerry
$7.45 billion going from the leader of our banana republic to leaders of banana republics around the world to build their lavish mansions and estates. FUBO
not to worry, surely this was a one time waste of money
sarc
on the bright side of budget balancing, Paul Ryan and Patty Murray figured out that cutting military pensions will “save” $6 billion
over the next 8 years
of course then there was the $108 billion in social security fraud and waste paid to dead people in 2012 alone
Sure Paul Ryan will eventually get around to this
oh, never mind.
Take the $6 billion from vets America, spend it wisely
More of our money down the toilet.
Pissing money away
If there is any warming going on it is due to the collective boiling blood of tax paying Americans.
7.5 billion waste, fraud and abuse, that figure no doubt is the minimum expended now, and a minute fraction of what will be spent in the future.
Meanwhile the US government is considering cutting more military veteran benefits.
...and the only way to put an end to the insanity is to shut off the spigot from the fifty states. In other words the states must see the checks and returns from everyone within their borders before the checks and returns are seen by the IRS.
Each state then takes it’s portion, on the order of 90 percent or whatever it DEEMS necessary and sends the remainder to the IRS for processing. When the IRS is through taking what is necessary to run their scam there won’t be much left to run the country now will there.
When you consider the entirety of the tax scam one should understand that the Federal leviathan is skimming to coin a phrase, that is, everyone within the borders of a particular state with a job, is earning money on the infrastructure, resources, both human and non, time, effort, and a huge etcetera.
This means to me, that the money earned within the borders of any state certainly belongs first to the people and the state before the federal leviathan gets its bloody mitts on it.
Somebody is making a lot of money from this business —I mean, “cause.”
How much was skimmed by crony Communists in “connected industries”?
all that money could have gone to Veteran’s benefits or tax cuts to boost the economy
