Not exactly. The club was selling them or giving them away as souvenirs. Not exchanging them for lap dances. I strongly suspect the club and dancers want money for their services, not fake jerseys.

And one more thing - a glaring example of government overreach. Since when does it make sense for the Federal Homeland Security Department to be spending taxpayer's dollars aiding a group of wealthy businessmen to increase their profits. This case looks like an example of trademark infringement, which is a civil cause of action. Let Mr. Kraft hire his own lawyers instead of making the rest of us pay for them.

DHS should be protecting us from terrorists, like the Tsarnev brothers. Maybe the reason DHS was too busy to follow up on the Russian reports of their terrorist activities was that they were all at the Foxy Lady in Brockton checking out the T shirts on the employees. Just to make sure they didn't have counterfeit logos.
