No doubt you have heard about the security breach that jeopardized possibly 40 million Target store customers' credit card accounts.
But conscientious pro-lifers are probably not among them. Target has been owned by Dayton-Hudson Corporation, a big contributor to Planned Parenthood. Dayton-Hudson, which renamed itself Target Corporation and consolidated their upscale stores into Marshall Field's, still gives to Planned Parenthood through their foundation while claiming that Target does not give to Planned Parenthood.
Several years ago, they decided to stop giving to the abortion provider and announced the change only to flip flop the next day after blowback from pro-aborts.
So, if you have been boycotting Target like myself and many other pro-lifers, you wouldn't have used their merchandize for credit card purchases this Christmas season and wouldn't have been a victim to the credit card security breach the company is now trying to fix.
You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas.
I was planning to make a purchase at Target’s. Thanks for telling us that is IS supporting abortion. SAY NO TO TARGET.
That's the first thing I though of. "The Lord works in mysterious ways."
I’d like to see this in “News” —
And Target just had a major security breach on their credit cards, so stay away.
Pays to read the article, I guess.
Just about every major retailer has security breaches. To think this is the lords work is pretty ridiculous.
Thanks. I was reading this and was thinking the same things.
How do you tie in a security breach and their position on abortion?
Former Minnesota Democrat senator Mark Dayton is from this same family.
I was wondering what this thief would do with 40 million credit card #’s? Its not like they will try to fraudulently use several thousand #’s to defraud folks. I’m not that worried about it and yes I am one of the possible victims.
I’m not fan of the hipsters at Target, but my wife got us those stupid “red cards”. I need to cancel it, but can’t get through since their call center trunks are busy lol.
The attack was a “man in the middle” where malicious software was installed on their point of sale terminals. So, this is huge, especially since the SS is involved now.
Likely, the information is being sold on Eastern European or Chinese black markets right now. Target is probably busy on Tor trying to buy them back instead of just issuing everyone new debit cards.
Make untraceable political donations.
I used to love Target — it was my “go-to” department store; but I stopped patronizing them a decade ago when they banned Salvation Army bell ringers due to the homosexual agenda. Since then, I’ve spent a total of $9 there — one time — in a pinch while on the road.
Large computer hacking systems have an incredible ability to handle billions of bits of information instantly. If they charged one dollar fraudulently to each card, it would take a laptop and very little time, and they would reap $40,000,000. If they decided to randomly scam every sixth account or only individual accounts with common names like Johnson and Smith for larger amounts, the stakes are even higher. You might look into putting a fraud alert on your card now.
Pro-homo and pro-abort....maybe they'll take a huge financial hit because of this. I'm sure they count on Christmas sales as much as every other store.
If anyone deserves a financial smack in the head it's this type of establishment.
"Every dark cloud has a silver lining.". Maybe their bad press isn't such a bad thing. They won't have the extra cash to donate to nation destroying special left wing interest groups this year. That's a very good thing.

I hope that word of the credit card security breach is so widespread that people WILL be afraid to shop at Target and really hurt their holiday sales for 2013. YES! (We all need to go on our social networks and e-mail accounts and tell people: “Do not shop at Target. Your credit card might be compromised.”

a great thing, on the backs of 40 million American citizens.
I do not now, or ever, think that identity theft is a good thing, but that’s just me, apparently, regardless of one’s politics. You like the idea of hurting the consumers who shop at a store you don’t like.
That’s crappy.
Nah. I was just pointing out that maybe there's something in this story that's positive. "The other side of the story."
People really should be more careful where they shop, though. Those who shopped at target were supporting the left wing agenda and probably didn't' even know it.
