Peter o Toole did a wonderful job as Lawrence of Arabia. in 1962.
I did see My Favorite Year, but had substantial dissonance while watching it, as I recalled him being 30is in 1962, and hadn’t seen any of his work between LoA and MFY.
O’Toole was one of several venerable actors who brought an element of class to that epic porno, Caligula. A tip of the hat to him for that.
