Brillouin Energy and SRI advancing together
Video: Robert Godes speaking at ICCF-18 in the Entrepreneurs session.
Brillouin Energy Corporation and SRI International continue their association cooperatively on experiments towards a commercial quantum fusion energy generator.
We are solving engineering problems with the Hydrogen Hot Tube (HHT) and expect to have a solid system by the end of 2014, says President and Chief Technical Officer Robert Godes. We also bounce ideas about the next-gen WET system. They [SRI] are great to work with.
A relationship with investment firm Sunrise Securities is ongoing, but Godes says, I dont see Brillouin Energy going public. We may start a subsidiary corp with Sunrise for power plant operations with the HHT system at some point.
Most importantly, Brillouins cell test equipment is dressed for success with a message that properly focuses the effort: An active quantum fusion experiment from Brillouin Energy Corporation

Cold Fusion Now!
I can solve ALL your”Energy”Problems Now!DRILL BABY,DRILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remember Black Light Power announcing the same thing several years ago. We’ll see. Someone has to crack this sooner or later.
The day after it’s confirmed, environmentalists will demand it be banned or studied forever. God forbid we become energy independent.
And the skeptopaths are also working diligently to prevent it from happening. Why are people from a supposedly pro-USA conservative site so focused on aiding the agenda of OPEC???
It also looks like the "hot physics" sorts are cranking up their anti-LENR propaganda machine with the exact same lies they told back in 1989.
Why are people from a supposedly pro-USA conservative site so focused on aiding the agenda of OPEC???
***Good question. And yet, this is not considered a political topic. Things that make you go “hmmmmmm”....
Talk about a misleading comment. "Drill baby, drill" is about drilling HERE and getting energy from our own resources. That has OPEC far more worried than the cold fusion chimera.
Not at all. The propaganda campaign against cold fusion long pre-dates the fracking revolution which is making the "drill baby, drill" scenario possible. Precisely the same arguments and same tactics as used here on FR.
And "cold fusion" is no chimera. If you think that, you need to further educate yourself. The scientific reality of CF is now so well established that only a propagandist will deny it. Of course, we have a number of those on these threads.
Yeah, that's why we have so much of our electricity being generated now by cold fusion.
Not.
That ain't propaganda, that is reality. It's telling that you can't tell the difference. And can only attack those who point such out.
Standard propaganda meme. Note I said "scientific reality", not "engineering reality". But I fully expect the "engineering reality" point to be reached in the next two years, quite possibly much sooner.
"That ain't propaganda, that is reality. It's telling that you can't tell the difference. And can only attack those who point such out."
I can certainly tell the difference. And pointing out your ignorance on the subject does not constitute an attack. Ignorance is curable by study. You are ignorant on this topic. The data is readily available.
I recommend George Beaudette's book "Excess Heat". Do a Google search on (Beaudette "Excess Heat"), and you will find a PDF file with excerpts from the book at LENR-CANR.org. The excerpts are unforunately quite limited...the book has MUCH more.
We've been hearing that such is a year or two away for many years. I'll believe it when it happens. Until then, the history of this field lends itself to honest skepticism.
And pointing out your ignorance on the subject does not constitute an attack.
Calling people names does, such as referring to someone as a moron on that post of yours that got pulled.
Like I said, when I see a truly viable prototype with scalability to commercial levels, I'll start believing this. Until then, it reeks of flim-flam artist.
But I'll bet not as many years as the "hot fusion" boys have been promising.
"Until then, the history of this field lends itself to honest skepticism."
What history?? Other than Rossi, all the work has been done by qualified scientists at acknowledged research organizations.
"Like I said, when I see a truly viable prototype with scalability to commercial levels, I'll start believing this. Until then, it reeks of flim-flam artist.
So your sole criterion for "truth" is "commercial success"?? Kind of limited vision, I would say. All scientific evidence is to be ignored until there is a commercial product?? See "hot fusion" above.
