O’Neal Testifies He Talks To Warhol Portrait Of Farrah Fawcett

The University of Texas at Austin is suing O’Neal to try to gain possession of the portrait. Fawcett left all her artwork to the school and it claims O’Neal improperly took it from her condo days after her death.

The Oscar-nominated actor took the stand for the second time in the trial to assert his ownership of the portrait and why it’s important for him to keep it.

“I talk to it,” O’Neal said. “I talk to her. It’s her presence. Her presence in my life. In her son’s life.”

These University trolls hover over wealthy dying people like flies. They are trained on how to manipulate them.
The UF tired it one my deceased Aunt but we cut these vultures off real quick.
These University vultures are true con artists.

That's not an agreement. That's testimony. And I'll give you 1000 to 1 that it does hold up.

And you're missing a point...This is not art work...it is not purchased artwork. This is a family portrait. Not the same thing.

Wills are up for grabs sometimes. I’ve seen where grandparents have lost grandchildren because the judge said so.

We’ll see how that works out with 10 million on the line.

Verbal agreements suck unless they are between the originators of the agreement.

Bring in a 3rd party and have an originating party deceased and all bets are off.

Testimony may sway a jury, and it may not.

Legal documents hold up.

I’ll say this about that.

I had an old gal pull a 44 mag on me on a verbal agreement that was made before I ever met her.

I called the Sheriff.

I went all the way up to corporate lawyers.

Verbal agreements suck.

I agree I don’t see why Neal can’t have the picture hanging in his home until his death. I see nothing wrong of holding on to a painting of Farrah. I believe he did really love her unlike Lee Majors who treated her like crap.

After my mother died, my father hang a picture of my mother in the living room. Every morning when he got up and right before he went to bed he would stand before the picture and pray and talk to her.

It doesn’t matter if it was a painting, picture or video. I don’t see what is wrong in being attach to a visual of a loved one that has past.

The problem is the 10 million dollar price tag and the fact that the pic does not belong to him.

He is making an emotional argument.

You’re by passing REAL evidence. First of all, there are two portraits. 2nd....Tatum was with them when they picked them up. One was hers. One was his.

Don’t think there were too many college guys in the 1970s talking to THE poster of Farrah Fawcett.
