I believe it does belong to him. He commissioned the TWO portraits. One was hers. One was his. They are not art works as her will specifies. They were family portraits.

Of course it's emotional. That's what family is all about. And the son, Edmond, is the only child Farrah ever had.

I have no doubt it will be classified as a family portrait.

That’s a ridiculous overblown estimate by an appraiser for the University’s side. Another appraiser estimated its value at 1 million. To O’Neill it’s the sentimental value; to the University it’s the dollar value. I’m on O’Neill’s side on this one.
