I cannot confirm it, but my first inclination was to think it was a queer sex location. Normal heterosexual people don’t act like this year-round (e.g., spring break or something like that might be an exception).
That is correct. Years ago this spot on the Wisconsin river was a meeting place for all of the truly unattractive gubmint workers in Dane county to frolic(both M/F), but over past 10 yrs nothing but a place for sodomites. My brothers and I used to canoe past area when we were younger thinking that some hotty UW coeds would be there only to be shocked to see very unattractive overweight hags. What is seen cannot be unseen.
