whatever....doesn’t the Wisconsin DNR have anything better to do than to watch people, of whatever sex, doing their nthing in a pretty much private location.....go catch a deer poacher!!
In Cancun Mexican cops follow local prostitutes getting it on with tourists. They invariably let her go and fine tourists...
See my post at #25. It is a state owned nude beach, paid for with state dollars on state land. If it was a private location most people would be inclined to say it was between them, the private owner of the beach, and God (as long as it wasn’t in full view of the public)
It appears to be nothing of the sort on all counts.
