I say we have the CS’er Rooney Fag Rule for DBs, running backs, and wide receivers. You must try out x number of whites for every position in which they are “under represented.” Rooney is a knob-gnashin’, peter-puffin’ bone-blowin’ bucket of monkey vomit. I do, however, like the fact that the Steelers play outdoors in the NE, on natural grass.

Is his real name Jeff Christie? Just curious.Rush Limbaugh is his real name but it didn't click as disk jockey name so they made him adopt that fake name. It may have something to do with the 60s singer Lou Christie ("Lightning Strikes") being from the Pittsburgh area and thinking the name would be have some regional connection.

No...Jeff Christie was a stage name. His name REALLY IS Rush Limbaugh.
The MajaRushie is very good friends w/ Art Rooney (the conservative son of Dan Rooney). Rush & Catherine do visit the Big Ketchup Bottle A few times during the season. The are entertained in Dan’s luxury box and they stay in the primo suite of Westin William Penn.

It's too bad the guy didn't put his head down and run Tomlin over. Maybe that's a little harsh but a good stiff arm to the back of his head wouldn't be. I didn't know Tomlin was an ignorant dirt-bag.

My guess:
1. US$100,000 fine and one-game suspension against Tomlin.
2. Steelers organization fined another US$100,000.
3. Steelers may lose their first-round pick.
Ouch.

I wonder if Nick Saban would have given a thought to doing the same thing if he were in position when Auburn ran back the FG....Of course it’s a moot point since the Auburn runner ran toward the Auburn sideline.

I guess we’ll never know, but I can’t say that I would be terribly surprised.

He should be fired. He’s an embarrassment to the NFL, never mind the Steelers.
Steelers lost all respect putting this clown in charge.

Tomlin was not watching the screen, he was looking to his right out onto the field. The thing I find interesting is that he (apparently) assumed Jones would not level him, which could have seriously injured him. A Steelers player in pursuit could have as easily leveled him. If he did do it on purpose, it wasn’t very smart on his part.
