As with other teams with gimmick offenses, Baylor once it faced a team that could play defense and run the ball lost. 'Bama looks like they will have to beat two top 5 teams to make it to Pasadena with the Iron Bowl at War Eagle Sat afternoon if 'Bama wins they are on track to play Mizzou in the SEC Championship. FSU has the easiest schedule playing at Florida fully in the tank and most likely Duke in the ACC Championship. THE Ohio State University goes to Ann Arbor then the Big 10 = 12 Championship against Leonadis and the 300. Other games of note are Clemson @ The Other USC, Mizzou @ TAMU, UCLA @ USC, and ND @ The Farm.

We are big Bama fans down here in South Alabama, but if Bama plays FSU in the BCS Championship, they may have met their match. FSU posted 80 points this last weekend and has been steam rolling everybody they play. Bama’s best chance may be for the FSU QB (Wilcox) to be indicted for that Assault allegation and get suspended.

Hmm…couple thoughts.

Baylor’s offense is not gimmicky, but it is badly injured, and it’s not meant for cold and wind.

Duke is 24, but at least a 50-50 chance of losing to a NC team with 5 in a row, and better athletes all the way around, than Duke has. Either way FSU has the easiest road. Who knew Florida would suck so bad?

At least the silver lining is that we hurt FSU’s Strength of Schedule. And at least if FSU wins and Bama wins, no title shot for the “Liar”.

That’s reaching far and wide for a silver lining.

And who are you refering to as “the liar?”

Either way FSU has the easiest road.

Should the BCS rankings factor in a chance that Jameis Winston is declared ineligible for the Championship?

My beloved Vols have lost to 5 of the top 13 teams. Can anyone match this? Has it ever been thus.

Losing to GA Southern break the camel’s back with the people with money and power in Gainesville? Did Zook even lose to a FCS team?

But you lost to Florida, that cancels all that out.

Well, the way that would happen would be if the pollsters did…the other BCS factors are "hard" factors. So, to that question? Human nature is what it is. I think it will make a tiny difference if it's just "a chance" he's ineligible. I think if he is charged, and FSU sits him (not nec a slam dunk BTW) - FSU will not play in the title game. The muddy area is a possibility of being charged, but no charges yet.

A more intriguing question might be, will the DA feel the pressure to make a decision one way or the other in time?

No Zook never lost....Frankly right now Zook looks pretty good.

I swear it’s impossible to have a picture of Muschamp where he doesn’t look like a total buffoon, he’s an embarrassment.

Congrats to my ASU Sun Devils who beat Oregon, OSU, UCLA, USC, Washington, and Washington State to make the PAC playoff. Loss to Stanford can now be redeemed. Overall they had a pretty tough schedule, with U of A yet to beat.

So Duck players complain they always have to play in Rose Bowl rather than BCS...and they get their wish. Now they won’t play in either one. What a disaster. “Duck ‘63”

Aparently, according to his Attorney, there are a couple of witnesses that will exonerate him. The claim is the alleged victim had been drinking and all sex was consensual. It may be a “he said - she said’ thing, but the winesses may be on the “he said” side. The fact that this is a year old and allegations have been on again - off again, puts this more in the “political arena” as opposed to a straight criminal complaint. Prosecutor may just dump it in the Grand Jury’s lap and let them make the decision. That takes him off the hook.
