This man was the author of 'Victory Through Air Power', a work which convinced Churchill and then Roosevelt about the strategy for long-range industrial bombing of the Axis.
Walt Disney made a full length feature live-action and animated film of the same name, narrated by de Seversky based upon his work. It's in the public domain.
