"Williams claims an NFL official called him fat ass garbage during the game. The lineman was irate in the locker room after Washingtons latest loss, and revealed some of the alleged details:..."

I thought I heard at least 1 of Martin’s parents was a lawyer.
They are still Obama’s people at heart, just more income potential.
Big, dumb, tatted up, overpaid, verb challenged, etc.
I don’t believe this story at all. This guy would have had a fit on the field if anyone spoke to him that way. But if it is true maybe they should dress these guys up in tu-tu’s and have them perform the Nutcracker if they are such p*ss*ies.
By the way, I don’t even have to look to see what color the “official” is. It is obvious that he is not white because this would be the big story of the day.
America, where “er” can equal “a” if you are the right complexion.
Exactly. That is what made my BS antennae go up. It was his mother, by all accounts.
Realistically, in this case, an official should not be saying anything like that to a player, but...I have a great big grain of salt to apply to it. I will wait to see how that plays out.
I thought the NFL was SUPPOSED to be a hostile work environment...
Only semi-joking there.
In the 70's and 80's, this was unheard of. If a opposing d-player disrespected someone on the Skins offense like that, the whole line would take up for that player.
There seems to be no camaraderie on this Skins team. In fact, it seems it has been this way for years.
The Skins looked terrible yesterday. They got smacked around like red-headed stepkids. Trent Williams and the rest of that team should be more upset that they getted bulled - not bullied - around like they do. The offensive line is a joke. I don't see them winning another game this season.
I saw the headline and wondered how Treat Williams got into it with an NFL official. LOL. Always pays to read things twice.
Man...getting paid millions to play a game and he whines about supposedly being called “fat-ass garbage”. Maybe “lard-ass garbage” would be more acceptable. Toughen-up.
Oh noes! Someone called him a name?!?!??! Gasp... panting for breath... someone hug me, quick!!! That man needs a new mantra. Say the following ten times every morning before getting out of bed: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never harm me.
What’s next mandatory sensitivity training for the NFL?
Being in Grammar School in the 50’s these clowns would have a nervous breakdown before their first recess is over.
“In any event, when did NFL players start turning into a bunch of whining pu**ies.”
Probably some time after fruity gyrating celebration dances and self-congratulatory chest thumping for accomplishments like falling on a loose ball became the acceptable norm for the league.
Freegards
Given the way the officiating has gone the past few years in terms of BS, game-changing calls - most recently the preposterous “blow to the neck” smooch on the butt and pat on the head that the referees gave Drew Brees yesterday - I’d say the NFL refs should be careful about calling anyone else garbage.
What a bunch of freakin’ whiners!
Dont forget about slapping each other’s a*ses. No doubt there’s some playful towel-snapping in the locker room after the game.
His tattoos are ugly!!!
Today, they should have the all-Liberace team.
What else would you expect from a Philadelphia team?
Ever since Tom Brady entered the league and they put panties on the QB. The femization of the QB position has now leaked into all the other positions. And while I'm at it, if I hear one more "Illegal block in the back" after a kick return I think I will throw something at the TV!.
That’s bull. If the players look sideways at an official they’re fines by the NFL. Nobody is allowed to question the the officials anymore.
