Kimberly-Clark Corp., which makes Kleenex tissues and Huggies diapers, said on Thursday that it plans to spin off its health care business into a separate publicly traded company.
Kimberly-Clarks stock jumped 5 percent in after-hours trading following the announcement Thursday.

Isolating themselves from the fallout when it goes belly up. Obamacare dictates coverage terms and levels while limiting what insurance can charge. Funny thing is, when California did the same thing to their electricity market everyone called it “deregulation”.
