And overzealous prosecutors, who hide evidence, are why the debate on the death penalty exists.

Wow, an innocent man spends 34 years in prison, all you "conservatives" can do is make fun of his name.
You people disgust me.

Superior Court Judge Katherine Mader ruled that prosecutors tried to hide evidence that could have proven Register's innocence and used false witness testimony. So when are these prosecutors going to be prosecuted?

There are MANY innocent people in jail, but people are in denial.
Prosecutors care not if the person they convict is guilty or not. Prosecutors would have us believe that they care about convicting criminals for the good of the country etc,
truth is they only care about the win for themselves personally
Most prosecutors are the lowest scum on earth

"Judge Katherine Mader ruled that prosecutors tried to hide evidence that could have proven Register's innocence and used false witness testimony." I'd love to be on the jury when he sues the county. There ain't enough money to set this right!

"prosecutors tried to hide evidence that could have proven Register's innocence and used false witness testimony. "The prosecutors should be hanged.

This is why the death penalty is bad. It should give a man a natural lifetime to be exonerated or repent to God, not prevented from doing so.
And all folks can do is talk about his name.

No mention of Harry Baals. Was Mayor of Fort Wayne, Indiana. I tink the town renamed the street it had named in his honor.
