One of the best tourist destinations in DC is the NSA cryptology museum. You can use an actual Enigma machine to encode and decode messages. For a kid who taught himself to use a Viginère tableau at the age of 8 or 9, it was like a dream for me.
Well, if your were stinking rich you wouldn't be asking, you would be beating them off with a stick. :o)
