He built his own prison. Chances are, he’ll never escape.

Reminds me of Sylvan Skolnick, aka Cherry Hill Fats, from the Philadelphia area some 40 years ago. It didn’t end well for him.

his heart is failing
At least he is on ground level
I knew a young man that weighed at least 400 or so. He lived in his mother’s basement. One Monday he didn’t wake up
They had to tear out part of a wall to remove his body from the basement.

600 pound man? Scamming restaurants? Too fat to jail?
My solution: House arrest (restaurant arrest) him inside all you can eat buffets. Shoney’s and chinese restaurants are fine. Let him eat all night - all day.
He’ll be dead inside a year.

As of late, he is residing in a nursing facility, where a respirator is used to sustain his breathe. Because of this, prosecutors anticipated the medical expenses the facility would incur, so they decided to offer a plea deal.Yeah, umm, I'm betting We The People are footing the bill either way.

If that’s the deal, why on earth would he take a plea? All he has to do is insist on trial or that they let him go and don’t press any charges. If they can’t jail him, what are they doing to do if he refuses a plea?
