It's called FRAUD IN THE INDUCEMENT and it's a crime

Fraud in the inducement n. the use of deceit or trick to cause someone to act to his/her disadvantage, such as signing an agreement or deeding away real property. The heart of this type of fraud is misleading the other party as to the facts upon which he/she will base his/her decision to act. Example: "there will be tax advantages to you if you let me take title to your property," or "you don't have to read the rest of the contract--it is just routine legal language" but actually includes a balloon payment. (See: fraud, extrinsic fraud)

I know one liberal who would not approve, but most of the rest of the liberals/progressives would simply glare at you and say either:

“I don’t want to talk about it!”

- or -

“The Republicans caused this!”

It’s time for the RICO act to take them down.

I entirely agree with you, and thank you for your colorful, if gruesome, description.

However, it appears he has now caused material, personal, harm to several million Americans, misled them, harmed them, and continues to deny it.

That might prove worse that doing in a few dozen girl scouts.

I hope.

Why is what Obama has said over and over again to “sell” his healthcare law about people being able to keep their insurance policies and their doctors, not considered fraud like it would be in the private sector? If a private insurance company was pitching their wares by lying to their customers with a bait and switch ploy to entice them to buy their policies under false pretenses, they would be charged with fraud, which is a criminal act.

And the argument by the DemocRATS that it is the insurance companies’ fault and not the ObamaCare law, that they are canceling peoples’ policies is false and doesn’t hold water. Why would insurance companies eliminate the contracts with their customer base and tell them to go away? These are businesses that depend on those customers to stay in business and turn a profit. It is not even logical to assume the insurance companies are just doing this out of hand to be mean, instead of for the real reason, which is to comply with ObamaCare requirements.
