FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION: Obama DUPED America into implementing Obamacare [Vanity]
November 1, 2013 | CivilWarBrewing

FReepers, we are looking at perhaps one of most epic acts of 'bait and switch' ever perpetrated on the American people. Thought the Fast & Furious, IRS, NSA, DOJ spying on Fox News, and Benghazi scandals were bad? The Obama administration's crime of willfully misrepresenting Obamacare in order to get the public to support it and Congress to pass it is perhaps the most deeply personal 'bait and switch' in all of American history, ever. No political scandal in our history has affected each and every one of us as deeply and personally by triggering the loss of our current health care plans and/or doctors, as Obamacare has.

When President Obama said "You can keep your health care plan" and "You can keep your doctor", he said it with conviction and Americans believed him. He even threw in "PERIOD!" as if to guarantee his promise and to silence those skeptical of Obamacare. We're learning now that he knew that what he was saying was not true, so why did he say these things? He said them repeatedly because HE KNEW THAT IF HE TOLD THE TRUTH ABOUT OBAMAMCARE, PUBLIC SUPPORT WOULD BE WEAK AND CONGRESS WOULD NOT HAVE PASSED IT. So, he willfully lied.. He baited the American people for a switch that would be painful and unacceptable to millions of Americans who are losing their health care plans and/or their doctors! Was Obama engaged in a criminal conspiracy when he lied for over four years by downplaying the harmful impact of his signature legislation? Yes. His repeated false statements of fact had the effect of inducing citizens (including Congress) into a mandatory federal law called the 'Affordable Care Act'. It is important to note that HAD HE TOLD THE TRUTH, THE LAW WOULD NOT HAVE MATERIALIZED.

Are there any FReepers savvy enough to start a class-action civil lawsuit for being defrauded by the Obama administration over Obamacare? There are 'damages' here! Losing current health care plans and doctors IS 'damages' in the legal sense, all brought about by a willfully misrepresented law. We'll also incur rising health care costs, so there's misrepresentation of the law within the title of the law itself! ("Affordable").

I believe there is solid legal grounds for a class-action lawsuit here. The finest legal scholars would probably also agree. Alan Dershowitz' brilliant analysis would be welcomed here, and I think he would also agree that there was a knowingly willful misrepresentation of the law for the purpose of luring America into accepting it.

Considering the epic and all-consuming scale of the fraud called Obamacare, prosecution for felony 'reckless disregard' for the truth in statements made to the American people during the years-long promotion of Obamacare is in order. "You can keep your doctor" and "you can keep your health care plan" were statements 'designed to deceive' the American people.

It's time to move FORWARD with a Class-action lawsuit!

When you think about the grand scale of this scam, it's actually frightening they pulled it off, eh?

The failed website is also willful and designed to create desperation, with the FIX being 'Single Payer'. That is another scandal in and of itself, but this thread addresses the 'bait and switch' conspiracy surrounding the administration's promotion and selling of the law to the American people and Congress.

While Obama is the chief caretaker of this debacle, we should remember to spread this around and taint specific Liberal Democrats that we intend on voting out of office.

Other than that, I’m surprised nobody has started a lawsuit yet about dropped health insurance. This was an obvious bait and switch and they should be held responsible.

I would certainly say that swearing 5 times that you can keep your health insurance while knowing that you can’t, is a high crimes and misdemeanors.

the pubs were complicit in this.....the pubs play stupid but they let this slip thru...

but mostly its the creep in chief and his fellow Rats and boy, their plan is working wonderfully...

now they can blame the pubs for the mess up because of all the pressure and they can blame talk radio for raising he hackles of the sheep and they can even blame Bush, somehow...

its about the govt taking over 20% or our economy...passing out favors like they did for Moochells friend who helped design this monstrosity.. for 3/4 of a billion that is.....its about having arrogant DHS type people ordering us to get this, get that, do this, don't do that...

Uh, the public in fact did not support it. 67% in several polls were against it at the time of the vote.

I never said the majority of America supported it. I’m saying ANY support was based on LIES.

No, but you implied that the law was passed because the public (whatever that meant) supported it, when in fact the public did not support it. Any law will be supported by 33%, but we are a republic not a democracy, remember? Even with 80% against it, your representatives, by definition (of a republican political system) wiser than their voters, would have passed it. That points to a different problem that you state above.

My title doesn't really capture the point of the article, which was that laws were broken by willful misrepresentation, and that a lawsuit should be filed.

I have no idea where my brain went when I wrote this title. Ugg.

Well over 60% of Americans were AGAINST Obamacare before it was made law. It was the Rats who imposed this disaster on the people AGAINST THEIR WILL!

Not a single Republican voted for this abortion.

I plan to reseach and list all Representatives and Senators who voted for AHA.

At least once a week until all those Marxist fruitcakes are gone.

They, along with Obama his cabinet and czars, are subject to RICO prosecution.

The Tyranny of the Masses and majority rule leads to decisions made by a majority which place its interests far above an individual or minority group. The Bill of Rights protects the individual from mob rule.

The individual can sue in Federal Court to object the laws and regulations implemented by a usurper. To demonstrate standing against a sitting President, the individual must show a direct and particular injury due to the usurper, i.e. a loss of health insurance due to the ACA.

The individual objects to the ACA because the law was signed by a usurper. The individual has standing because they can show a direct impact because of the law. The burden of proof of eligibility for the office is upon the usurper once an objection is lodged and standing is obtained. During the discovery process, the individual can subpoena the usurper’s complete birth records, Occidental College records, SSN application and immigration records to prove the allegation the usurper is not eligible for the office.

The individual cannot have the Court remove the usurper from office, only obtain an waiver from laws and regulations implemented by the usurper.
