So here I am sitting watching the History channel, instead of NFL and they are talking about the mystery of 3, the ancient Egyptians, monoliths, and different dimensions. Out of nowhere they make a leap to a discussion of the White House and President 0bama authorizing the Brain Initiative.
So I am a little more than caught off guard. Being the curious sort I immediately jump on my computer to look up this 'initiative,' and why our government would be so interested in our brains. Much to my surprise the website comes up on the first try and initially looks fairly innocuous.
Today at the White House, President Obama unveiled the BRAIN Initiativea bold new research effort to revolutionize our understanding of the human mind and uncover new ways to treat, prevent, and cure brain disorders like Alzheimers, schizophrenia, autism, epilepsy, and traumatic brain injury.
Scanning down through the descriptions it all sounds ok to be doing, except it is the government doing it. But then as you get to the bottom of the page...the goals are finally outlined. And the number one goal?
Understand how brain activity leads to perception, decision making, and ultimately action.
Suddenly this initiative doesn't seem so innocuous, so innocent, so helpful as all the ornaments they hang out in front. Considering how much many of us have been puzzled by recent events, people's reactions to events and how they perceive them, and how people are so willingly doing things that are against their own self-interest, and dare I say even some of the recent mass shootings that provoked a bit of conspiracy thought of government mind control perhaps there is much more happening to us than we even know. And that DARPA is involved in this 'brain mapping' raises even more questions
Reading down even further we find that the President is heading up things in regards to the bioethical implications. Concerns over ethical, legal and societal implications.

You’ve never heard of DARPA before? You’re using one of their products, right now. The Internet.

Sorry, no I hadn’t. LOL...
But now that I have and am looking at their website...pretty amazing stuff going on.
Back in the sixties and into the seventies we had a professor, neurologist and brain surgeon living here in Norway. His name was Carl Wilhelm Sem-Jacobsen. He was doing physical brain control/mind control.
Three special features of his research.
A. they would be “mental patients”. The mental patient bit might be simply economic conflicts or inability to pay bills.
B. More than 25% of the patients died, There is a mass grave.
C. The research was funded and led by Sem-Jacobsen’s employer, the CIA. Yes, the US CIA.
Check out this:
Put it this way, DARPA works on technology ahead of the curve several years. From what I’ve seen they work on technology that is usually about 10 - 15 years ahead that the public is generally not aware of. Would they work on technology that could control the human brain if they could? Maybe only in a military capacity until about 5 years ago. Oday you bet they would. Maybe they’ve aready succeeded. It might explain the increase in more violent mass murderer type crimes we’ve seen since they’ve tried to clamp down on gun control. I truly believe this current regime will stop at nothing to reach their goals even if it means learning how your brain works and using some form of stem implant that controls behavior via impulses sent directly to the brain. I hate to even think someone is working on this type of thing but I’ve seen specials on TV about it so I can’t even imagine how much closer DARPA is to actually doing this.
I find your post very interesting on a number of levels.
Most recently, I happen to catch a former “White House” security chief on Fox news shortly after the latest incident.
Please understand that in no way do I believe the crazy conspiracies that find their way into the public domain.
That said, I found his statements of fact very curious.
He stated that there are attempts to “Breach” White House security “everyday”.
That’s a lot of people.
And the vast majority are from individuals that claim they are being “controlled” by the President.
I found that statement the most interesting.
It’s one thing for someone to attempt to breach White House security for a “grievance” and quite another for someone to do so because “they are being told” or are hearing voices etc..
The man that made this claim has apparently wrote a book about this and unfortunately I have been unable to locate it.
On another note, an effort or attempt to convince people that their perceptions of reality are flawed ?
I wouldn’t put it past them.
> DARPA is making bionic underwear for our troops.
Will it clean up # 2’s?...lol
Sup ?
Haven’t seen you around much.
Hope you and your RV/trailer are well.

From here:
Weirder still, most mainstream media sources only show the vid once shes at the podium. Check out the full video on C-SPAN where a guy says something to her, nods, THEN she gets up almost robotically and goes to the podium and as shes yelling, that guy isnt even looking up at her but it would appear hes texting somebody
mission accomplished? But to what end?
DARPA invented the internet.
Bolt, Beranek and Newman invented the Internet.
A private company under contract with DARPA.
From there, you need to go to the guy that constructed the TCP/IP protocol. (yes that was redundant)
He was a founder of 3com.
The technology quickly found its way to UUNET and it wasn’t until Marc Andreessen figured out how to display the information in a way that was easily consumed did the “Internet” or “World Wide Web” gain traction.
I was on the Bulletin boards in the late 1980s.
I can’t even tell you how many times I tried downloading the first iteration of Netscape before buying another new machine or parts.
DARPA undoubtedly got the ball rolling, but it was private individuals and companies that made it happen.
WOW !!
Very interesting analysis here:
