i would not leave the dog and kitten alone. i can see the dogs prey instinct triggered if the kitten scampers. he looked way too interested.

reminds me of our dog and our iguana, iggie. they were great pals, until one day the dog runs into the room with iggie in his mouth. curtains iggie.
