I think we will win this. (vanity)

Posted on 10/02/2013 10:29:45 AM PDT by ReaganÜberAlles

Repubs standing firmer than I thought they would.

You can tell we're winning by how wild & extreme the Rats accusations are. They have clearly become unhinged.

We wound them now and go for the "kill" in Novemeber 2014.

Impeach in 2015.

Agree.

Longer people realize the layoffs they’ve suffered personally and the sacrifices they’ve made, the more absurd the 800,000 do-nothing federal workers causing zero consequences to a public enslaved to pay for it the better.

The MSM is trying its best to carry’s Obama’s water though.

Obama is getting a lot of bad publicity by shutting down dc for no damn reason. I think it’s over. They will do pieces and he’ll blame it on the Senate.

Obama sounds like he’s going to crack. He’s never been opposed. Never been defied. Never been thwarted.

This could push him over the edge.

I'll settle for a nervous breakdown.

Also march around in orange jumpsuit and handcuffs along with the impeachment. It wasn’t finished the last time.

The House should definitely send up a funding bill to keep the NPS open for business. I think it would be hard for Obama to oppose it.

Then, having established the precedent, send up a bill to fund the military. He won't sign that one?? Is the Washington monument more important than the Marine Corps???

And if he signs that second funding bill, send one to fund something else. Bit by bit, fund everything. Except, of course, Obamacare. If he hits the brakes and refuses to fund something, then it's 100% on him.

Obama talking to House Republicans at 5:30. Don’t count our led sings too soon. I hope we win,but not until everyone feels the shutdown and Obama is blamed.

As I’ve said elsewhere, the GOP has nothing to lose now. They know the media will “blame” them for the shutdown, so may as well double-down and go for broke.

I've noticed that the libs in my sphere are mad as hornets today. One guy posts hourly screeds on FB about how awful conservatives are. Another woman is hysterical, talks of crying, giving up, etc. A third person is making veiled threats that he will "do something" to "any conservatives he meets" if Obamacare is so much as delayed.

I'm counting on that last one. Sounds fun. And I'd hate to grow old without using all this ammo for something.

This thing is hitting them where it hurts. It's about time. We need to stay the course and stay in their faces. Call or email congress again today!

I wouldn’t want that, this is the guy who has been replacing a lot of generals inthe upper sections of the millitary and who has his finger “on the button”....

How many generals would oppose him and arrest him if he snapped and decided to press the button because he is having a temper tantrum????

This is what keeps me up at night.
