The problem with remakes that I have seen, with none being listed on that external site, then changed the channel is that there is always the U.S. conspiracy and the negativity attached to the ‘evil’ Americans or the ‘evil’, greedy, imperialistic Americans.

I agree entirely.
However, these people played on our sense of “fairness” and “giving the other guy a shot at voicing his opinion”, etc., hiding under First Amendment protection.
They actually LISTENED to Alinsky, and stopped openly calling for the violent overthrow (which is a crime) and instead advocated infiltration of every facet of society - becoming the law, in effect, wherever they could, so that by the time Americans started waking up, we were already subverted.
They became judges, cops, lawyers, delegates, and elected officials.
And here we are.
