Thanks to LadysForest for this one! Poll is down a bit on the right.

FREEP THIS POLL ***PING!*** FRmail me if you want to be added or removed from the Fearless Poll-Freeping Freepers Ping list. (multiple votes using multiple internetz devices are allowed!) And be sure to ping me to any polls that need Freepin', if I miss them. (looks like a medium volume list) (gordongekko909, founder of the pinglist, stays on the list until his ghost signs up for the list)

I stopped going there because of their liberal politics a long time ago.

I haven’t entered Starbuck’s for about 8 years.

I make every drink Starbucks makes in my kitchen. An espresso grinder, press, espresso maker, milk foamer, cocoa powder, and demura sugar gives me a cost for a mocha late' of about thirty five cents. The reusable thermal stainless steel travel cup cuts on waste if I'm taking it to go.

I also freeze all left over espresso and coffee in ice cube trays so I don't water down my iced drinks.

What’s the problem? The owner said he would prefer that people didn’t bring guns in. But they haven’t made it policy, nor will they challenge anyone that does. They simply have no gun policy at all. Fair enough. I’d still wear mine in, and be polite about it. They would most probably never know. They don’t need to know.

Is there a good, conservative alternative? I know Caribou Coffee is out; they’re an Arab-owned company.

I only like my coffee black. Never been to a coffee shop. I can imagine though that I can get a large folgers for the price of 1 latte?

I don't patronize Starbucks, a CommieLib company from a hipster faggot city. IF I get coffee out, I give my business to Moxie Java, which is based here in Boise.

The vast majority of the time, though, I give my business to Mr. Coffee.

Why would you want to go to Starbucks? The only ones there will be the criminals with the illegal guns Sounds unsafe to me.

The thing that isn’t getting mentioned at all in this debate, and wasn’t covered by Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz when he was interviewed on FOX, is the not-so-subtle implication than those who legally carry are not to be trusted.

Nothing could be further from the truth. I want to be surrounded by those with CCW permits when the SHTF.

Haven’t patronized Starbucks for years, now. When a company publically inserts itself in politics, it will piss off at least half of the country, and kiss off half or its customers. So be it.

If you look at patrons and not people who already have a criminal intent (robbers, domestic disputes with employees, etc.) I wonder just how many gun problems they have had. My guess is the number of accidental discharges, threats, or altercations involving a gun is zero.

Why is it a hate crime to prohibit homosexuals from a bakery in Seattle but not a hate crime to prohibit legal gun owners from Starbucks? Isn’t there an equal protection under the law clause somewhere?

Yes, this is a stupid dangerous requirement of a gun free zone and I’m a stupid dummy who thinks guns are nasty things and gun control is yummy and I like a little danger, like wearing mismatched socks and other risque fun behavior.

No this is an unreasonable request that aims to ensure the lack of safety of employees and customers and even though it’s not an official mandate, the concept tramples all over the Second Amendment.

What’s Starbucks? That place that smells like old, burned coffee grounds?

I make better coffee at home and besides, it doesn’t cost $4.00/cup.

Back in 2005 my Computer came with AOL but after I found out that they fired two of their employes for having guns in their vehicles (they were going target shooting after work) I called and cancelled AOL.
