Waiting for the Tiger game to start right now.
Looks like Jhonny Peralta will be back in the line up for the last week of the regular season.

"CHARGE!"
It is so nice to see my Indians playing for something in September. Tito has done an incredible job.
A break from football, to watch the grass grow.
?? You start a baseball thread, and then put down baseball?? Football is OK, but baseball has always been my favorite sport.
Nats pulled a miracle, beat Kimbrel today. That Kimbrel is pretty amazing.
FReegards
Baseball beats football any day of the week, at least in my opinion.
The Rangers have been sold to a financal group in the Phillipines ... the plan is to move them and rename them the Manilla Folders
at least for a few days, Chicago is not sticking it’s dreadful ways into the baseball races ...
I don’t like Major League Baseball; you see, I am a Mets fan ;)
Every night I can I watch the Phillies, Nats, Pirates, Orioles and whatever game MLB might be carrying. All in HD and yes I can see the individual blades of grass and squirrels and pigeons.
Not much in the story for fans of the NL, where real baseball is still played.
Texas plays Tampa Bay for a few games. Only Cleveland could blow an advantage like that.
Nothing more American than Baseball, the perfect game.
All of the playoff bound teams are pretty well matched, should be great October ball.
All I know is I’m going to miss Mariano Rivera horribly.
I’m almost hypnotized watching him pitch. What a wonderful
man and I wish him a long, healthy and happy retirement.
Good. Karma for that ass wipe Selig for watering down baseball with another WC spot.
Most enjoyable thread I’ve seen here in a long time, not to mention how pleasantly surprising it is to see so many FReepers are baseball fans.
Adding the second wild card team has done an amazing job of keeping things interesting to the very end.
It really is the perfect game, (when played by National League rules)
GO DODGERS!!!!
GO YANKEES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yu finally gets some run support, but dang, I’ve never seen anyone who throws more pitches per inning....109 in only 5 innings.
