You are welcome. I recommend the Edgepro because you can set it to the proper angle for whatever you are sharpening.

Sharpening knives takes about twenty time before you can do an acceptable job. Start practicing with an old knife. Intentionally dull it and resharpen it. The more you do it, the easier it becomes.
