Kerry's stupid remark on demanding a one week turn over of weapons of mass destruction has now caused Putin to agree and Assad's alleged agreement has caused a total breakdown of Obama's position. Obama tonight suggested it was his idea, which of course is false.

Assad hasn’t agreed to anything.
He “welcomed the proposal”.
Big difference. He welcomes the proposal because it’s a delaying action. Assad and Putin were just waiting for an opening and Kerry handed it to them on a silver platter.
Assad just bought months for himself without lifting a finger.

Too true. This is typical of both Iran and the Palestinians. Delay and talk, talk and delay. But the timing of this is just right. It boogers up Obamas plans the day before his speech and throws him off his game (such as it is).
Try telling that to the LIVs and the freeloader crowd

You think Putin “saved” Obama? I’d say it’s more that Putin is now the alpha male on the world stage.
And Obama has just been given months for himself without lifting a finger.
Obama had to choose between bombing Syria against the will of Congress and the people, or backing down and looking like a paper tiger.
Now he's got a third option. Negotiate. Assad stays in power. But he is weakened. Obama looks brilliant.

But that is a given on every event that takes place.
On the world stage, Bambi looks like a fool. DC Democrats are aghast at the cover they will have to throw to get him past this one.

Putin has gained the upper hand. Syria turns over its WMD, eliminating any justification for IS military action. Putin then answers a Syrian call for assistance against al Qaeda and the other terrorists in Syria, using missiles and bombs to obliterate terrorist positions.. All of this taking place under the nose of the US which of course will have no justification to defend its terrorist allies in Syria. End of US dominance in the Middle East.
