If Obama gets approval for his limited strike and it doesn't accomplish what they think it will. What happens then?
Will ol' big ears get in front of the cameras and tell us, " well, I guess the shovel ready job weren't quite shovel ready"?
Hypothetical scenario:
Obama lobs a few missiles, goes on TV, crows about it, declares victory and gets out.
Almost as if to flip him the bird, Assad (or rebels wanting him to be blamed for this) go and gas another town.
THEN what happens???
It’s not “if”, it’s “when”
Super majority House and Senate 2014, Without Boehner.
What if a limited strike fails? I asked myself that same question the second he mentioned that strategy. As if they will just sit back and take their punishment.
I’m assuming when the inevitable retaliation comes, oBOMBa will:
a) Call them racists
b) Blame Bush
Wish he had the same drive to punish violent people in Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, and George Zimmerman’s neighborhood as he does violent people in countries on the other side of the planet.
what is it?
It is supposed to fail. They’ve already said that.
It’s postmodern war. There are no objectives.
There certainly are objectives, just not ones that Obama wants to talk about. The objective is regime change.
Obama's the first president not old enough to remember VietNam.
The air strike is only a part of the what Obama wants. Obama wants to arm the Syrian rebel army, which is led by a former VP of the Muslim Brotherhood from Texas. The MB is the grand-daddy of all terrorist groups, including Al Qaeda and Hamas.
