Survivor: Blood vs. Water is the 27th season of Survivor. It begins Wednesday, September 18, 2013 on CBS at 8/7c with a special 90 minute episode.
Redemption Island returns, but with a twist: remaining players will be forced to choose whether to "save" their partner on Redemption Island and switch places with them, thus allowing their partner to immediately re-enter the game, or leave them in exile to survive on their own.
As with the last two seasons, this season takes place in the Philippines, but in a different location: Palaui Island, Cagayan.
Galang Tribe (retuning players - orange buffs): Aras, Candice, Colton, Gervase, Kat, Laura M, Monica, Rupert, Tina, Tyson
Tadhana Tribe (loved ones - red buffs): Brad, Caleb, Ciera, Hayden, John, Katie, Laura B, Marissa, Rachel, Vytas

That’s what we said. The next RI challenge will probably be physical so that would have been a win for Vytas. It was important to send him home last night. Laura is so much smarter and understands the game better than her daughter. I’d like to be a fly on Ciera’s turkey today after her family saw how she treated her mama. She was so smug chowing down and then trying to play it off as it didn’t matter if she was going to lose the challenge anyway. Tyson was smart teaming up with this goat. Those three at the chow table should have been a major wake up call for the others.
Yes, it was an obvious Monica win.
Booting Caleb did nothing to improve any of their games. He didn’t do anything to get sent to RI. Even if he had gotten to the F3, he wouldn’t win because being invisible doesn’t get the win. Player X in the F3 should take Ciera and Caleb for a quaranteed win.
Redemption Island last night: Laura M wins and gives Ciera a clue which Ciera burns without reading. Tina comes in second. Vytas is eliminated and joins the jury. Caleb joins Redemption Island.
Immunity challenge winner: Monica
Kasama Tribe (merged tribe - purple buffs): Ciera, Gervase, Hayden, Katie, Monica, Tyson
Redemption Island: Caleb, Laura M, Tina
Jury: Aras, Vytas
Eliminated: Brad, Candice, Colton (quit), John, Kat, Laura B, Marissa, Rachel, Rupert
Hidden Immunity Idol status: Katie has a clue. Tyson played his idol at Tribal Council. Ciera received an idol from Laura M, but burned it without reading it.

As of Survivor: Nicaragua, this is a new Survivor ping list. The old list is no longer available, so I would appreciate it if any of you could ping interested parties to this thread. Thank you. :)
If you want added to or removed from this ping list, please let me know.
Did you watch the latest Ponderosa clip? Vytas is still a bit angry.
Yeh I saw that —
There will obviously be no little Vytas grandbabies for Tina — then again he might give her one just to spite her.
The Ponderosa is quite a place. It is obviously a great location for the jury to be sequestered.
I wonder how close it is to their location and whether anyone ever “ponders” sneaking over there for some “osa” during the game.
<>she only really has to win the last challenge.<>
I think it’s all irrelevant at this point. This week sealed the deal.
Tyson Monica Gervais are going to be the final three especially now that they have Ciera as a 4th voting with them.
Ciera is the icing on the [3 layer] cake who will get scraped off at the very last but she is insurance up until then.
Hayden can jump up and down and spit out coconut nickles but it won’t change anything. No way Gervais jumps.
And Laura if she returns will come back too late to do anything about it and she might just get voted out again by Ciera.
Tyson and Monica and Gervais know that their best chances of winning the whole thing is against each other especially since they are the only ones without significant others on the jury [Caleb being Hayden’s significant other of course].
Geez, not one but two more of Vytas’ drug stories in the Ponderosa clip. He’s like the HS football player (Al Bundy) who made the winning TD and that’s all he can talk about since he’s been a loser every day after that one glorious moment only Vytas glorifies his loser years. Yeah, Tina, he’s a real catch.
As much as they’ve eaten this season, I’m surprised any of them lost much weight.
If you want added to or removed from this ping list, please let me know.
That's the purpose of Redemption Island, aka Jenny Craig Island.
They are on their own over there -- no food rewards after challenge victories.
They have a stopover there to lose the weight that they gained in the game before going to Ponderosa and packing it back on again.
Hahahahahahaha! Oh, for the days when they had to live on chicken feed during the game.
CBS removed the second preview clip from both the CBS site and their YouTube channel. Apparently it contains spoilers.
However, you can still view that clip at several other sites by searching on these keywords:

I saw it and all I can say is WOW —
Just watched it. Don’t know if I would call it a spoiler - per say.
TC is after the IIC so somebody has II.
There’s only one name I can think of that would be “HUGH”!
I’m assuming that it was a 3 to 3 tie and they go to the rocks for the a tiebreaker.
I don’t understand why they do that. It doesn’t seem fair.
What happened to the 1 on 1 challenge of starting fire, for example.
I’m assuming that based on the reactions that the loser with the white stone was other than the two who were tied and possibly either Monica or Tyson.
“...I dont understand why they do that. It doesnt seem fair....”
Which is why it hardly ever happens. Nobody wants to base their fate on picking a rock.
Six players. Ciera, Katie and Hayden - none of them would get Jeff worked up. Gervase neither. I’ll pick Monica for the Immunity challenge win because Tyson doesn’t seem to feel the need.
Tyson gets the “going to RI rock”?
All I found were clips that had already been removed and then got a virus that I’ve been trying for 2.5 hours to run a scan for and am only at 50%. Fill me in on what was in the clip, please.
At Tribal Council there is a tie — apparently 3 to 3.
So in order to break the tie they pick rocks — whoever picks the white rock [I think] is out and heads off to RI.
Based on Jeff’s reaction I am assuming that it is someone important — perhaps Tyson.
My question is this:
If you win the immunity necklace, are you immune from a rock draw at TC as well????
http://survivor.wikia.com/wiki/Tiebreaker
Thanks for the clip info. Whomever gets the purple rock gets sent to RI. Whomever has immunity is safe from having to draw.
Yes, it’s probably Tyson since he doesn’t have his idol. I suspect he’ll win the challenges and end up back in the game with our F4 picks of T/G/M/C.
I'm guessing yes, since that was the case with Vecepia in Survivor (4) Marquesas.
Based upon Monica’s demeanor I’m suspecting that she won the ii — and the fact that I don’t see it on any of the others.
The clip also shows who lost the RI Truel between Tine and Laura and Caleb as that person is sitting right there in the jury.
Ram Ball On Challenge:
Frankly this has testosterone written all over it but why do I get the feeling that Monica is going to win this one as well.
