The obvious answer to the above thread title is NO.
The veracity of something does not change over time. If something is a lie, a mislead, or whatever, then whether or not it is old does not mean that what was reported then wasn't true.
Some may counter by saying that if what was reported then in the past were true, then it would have brought down that person - i.e., they would have had to resign their position or their campaign would have been scuttled - but that assumption would also be false.
Not all truth ends in the scuttling of a campaign or leads to them stepping down from a gov't position.
What say you?
Ya gotta make allowances for Cankles’ position:
She can’t remember,
her brain’s in a blender,
it’s Jell-O, Jell-O, Jell-O, Jell-O...
No, it means she doesn’t want to be forced to admit to anything that might get her to wear an orange jumpsuit rather than her symbiote Ole’ Crusty.
Was Hillary misspeaking when she said that she came under sniper fire in Bosnia, or was she at best misleading America?
How could no sniper fire be actual sniper fire to her and not be at best a mislead (and no mere misspeak) when she said that they came under sniper fire -— when CBS tore apart this allegation?
The “killing fields” are old news. We should begin naming elementary schools after Pol Pot.
Old doesn’t mean irrelevant. If the truth hasn’t come out and been dealt with properly, the older the news is the more imperative it is that it be dealt with now.
The European Holocaust is “old news” too, and a certain type has been denying it for years!
Old News = past crimes for the hildahag and until she is held accountable and considering the seriousness of her criminal activity, that old news remains viable and should not be discounted or brushed aside. She thinks she deserves to be the president but what she really deserves is time in prison along with her rapist husband.
Through the use of their media who meet them behind closed doors in off the record meets, any lib can speak things into being.
Simple...
It was She Who Must Not Be Named.
Therefore it was a lie.
LOL. You need a Clinton Dictionary. That old Webster version you have on your bookshelf will never do.
The term "Old News" is defined in the Clinton Dictionary as follows:
Old News. n. Any story that is damaging to the Clintons.
We have had to fall for “it’s old News!” For too long. We can handle looking at it twice. We should not let Hillary or anyone get to use that phrase to a our scrutiny. We should say “and it has not been investigated enough!” And then ask the hard questions.
That is the device of pathologicals.
They cannot take responsibility for any action and where God should have placed a conscience of guilt lies a conscience of excuse.
If they don’t engage in meaningful discussion of their actions and abuse they can dismiss it as “the past”. And not something they are going to cover again or a field they will plow more.
No statute of limitations on politicians lies or actions.
The toons got away with the same trick for 8 long, evil years.
