Looks like a good idea, but the user has to be relatively well-endowed for the concealment to be complete.
However, if the user were to wear looser-fitting clothing (rather than a form-fitting T-shirt), it would work for a larger group of people.

My Wife has one she holsters with her Birthday present: Springfield XDs .45. WHAT?! I struggle to hide my XD .45 compact on my hip at about 4:00 in the winter (with heavy clothes). I'm a large man. I'd need to see a picture of how that works.
