A duckling that was abandoned by her mother at birth has found a new home among a family of cats.
The baby duck was adopted by a feline called Tosia after she was separated from her mum when she hurt her foot in Olesnica, Poland.
Tosia came walking into the kitchen one day with something in her mouth, said the cats owner Ryszard Andrzejczuk.
At first I thought it was a mouse or something, but then she placed it on the ground and I saw it was a little duckling.
The 68-year-old added the female cat and the duckling were now inseparable, with the bird also being welcomed in by Tosias kittens.
He said the young cats allowed the duckling to share their bowl of water, and the whole happy family has also been pictured snuggling together and hanging out.
This isnt the first time a cat has taken in a duckling.
In May video emerged of a tabby breastfeeding three baby ducks in Ireland.

Or the cat is merely fattening it up for Thanksgiving dinner.

Maybe the duck will teach the cat to quack.

I am confused. The cat hurt her foot in Poland and adopted a baby duck?

Interesting how domesticated (and feral)creatures no longer need their hunting instincts.
Isaiah 11:1-6; sometime after Jesus’ first advent or His birth, death and return to life. It is a time of peace, long life and joy.
And the wolf will dwell with the lamb, And the leopard will lie down with the kid, And the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; And a little boy will lead them. (NASB) Isaiah 11:6

Cute, but the thought of a duck imprinting on cats as family doesn’t sound like the best idea.
