Okay, we sort of know which countries have the best food. Nations like Italy, China, and Japan. But here is an unusual question: Which country has the worst food and why?
Until recently I would say that the British Isles has the worst food. Boiled and overcooked is NOT the way to prepare most food since it cooks the flavor right out of it. However, in recent years food has reportedly improved in that part of the world.
So which country NOW has the WORST food in the world? And please give reasons for this if possible.
Two good cuisines.
I love barbeque, but that alone doesnt constitute cuisine.

“The worst food Ive had was in Cuba.”
A damned shame it didn’t kill you
‘The only specific item I remember was a cannonball, a hard-boiled egg wrapped in ground sausage and deep-fat-fried..”
Sounds good to me. Like state fair food
I love shrimp (cooked), and that thing I put in my mouth wasn't anything remotely like cooked shrimp. I suppose it could have been marinated in some foul substance, or otherwise prepared.
Whatever it was, at least I didn't throw it up.
I don’t think it’s possible to live in Japan if you don’t like fish!
Without a doubt, Japan has the MOST BEAUTIFUL food..... but, wow... is it variable in taste.
” I dont think its possible to live in Japan if you dont like fish!”
It is just as possible to live without fish here as it is in America , although I prefer not to .
I assume you are joking.
By that I take it you are not a fan of chef Suzanne Vizethann?
I did it willingly because I felt bad that nobody was eating the Filipino food. One of my brothers had it when he was in the Philippines with the Marines, so I had to give it a try.
Not meant as a slight... More as a joke.
Seemed to me as if fish was a staple in most every meal.. even breakfast. :-)
If it makes a difference I’m proud you tried it. I probably would have chosen a different dish.
The woman who owns it is Cuban but I don't know if she is actually from Cuba or is American. Also I don't know if the food is traditional Cuban food. I will ask next time I go there.

Did you EVER see an “English Restaurant?”
Outside of England and the horrid kidney pie joint at EPCOT, the answer is “no.” And you never will.
