Great pics and if I were in the cave and that probing hand came in I would be tempted to bite and latch on to it.
Of course, with the gals competing the guys will start losing cause a catfish with any sense WON’T be chomping down on some dudes arm when all those ‘dolls’ are available.
Catfish can’t bite....but those waters often hold alligator snapping turtles, and noodlers have been known to lose a finger, or two..

I'd be a little concerned with a Water Mocassin or two also. Having body parts under muddy murky water isn't risk free.
As you can see in my name, I am familar with this creature. This lady may be a noodler, but putting a 70 lb. catfish on your bare back and skin, is all but asking for a fin. And a CF that big, can inflict some hurt on ya.
No they don't bite...but put your fingers in their mouth..they clamp down and do the "roll". If you are not wearing gloves, it scrapes your knuckles real good.
