http://www.digitaltrends.com/mobile/google-now-available-on-iphone-and-ipad/ Googles Siri competitor is now available for the iPhone and iPad. Though it cannot replace Siri on your iOS device (wouldnt that be nice!), Google Now is up for download on the App Store. The app will let you make traditional voice searches, but also tries to predict what you might want to know in the future. For example, cards may pop up in the app to suggest nearby restaurants you might like, the days weather forecast, transit directions, flight delays, sports scores of your favorite teams, stock information, and other nuggets of data.

After learning how Google keeps a detailed history and profile on all their users based their searches, I use google just for terms like “how to support al franken” or “support legalizing marihuana”. Otherwise, I use startpage.com for everything else.
A Google voice to text app came with my Razr M. It has never missed a word, though I only use it a little.
Oh goody now I can get all the latest ads eating up my band width.
They say it works better than SIRI and this app does have that feature.Still playing with it.
Google is the devil.
You need to familiarize yourself with Monsanto.
I, Dr. Bogus Q. Pachysandra, declare a fatwa on the cursed Google! Just another spy agency.
” Google is the devil.”
Agreed, but in my opinion so are Apple and Microsoft. Whatcha gonna do!
Using a goofle product is the same as sending Nancy Pelosi, Lois Lerner and Obama a camping donation.
Google is intertwined with the DNC.
“Otherwise, I use startpage.com for everything else.”

So do I. I have no use for anything from Google.
My two year old has a new I-pad, but uses it only to play games. I have yet to learn how to use it. I can not get it away from him.

Yup...however, startpage doesn’t have the exact search results I want in Google. Then again, these clowns track your every search page.
A two-year old?? My gosh, how did we ever pass our youth without an iPad?
To those of you born 1930 - 1979
(p.s. Check out Safari, Bookmarks, iPad user Guide)

Well, it was bought as a family item, but he latched onto it
and is on it all day, except for when he is playing on the beach, or sleeping.
Gosh, I was about 7 years old before the family had a TV.
What’s the big deal? I’ve been using google on my android phone, my kindle, and my ipad ever since i’ve had them, for over a year. I don’t like using the specialty apps for any of these features, just use the internet engine feature and access them that way.
Does good with the baseball scores and talks backs to me nice.I think I’m going to hell:)
Google is also now available at the FBI.
What does that mean?
