Sometimes they loot the public treasuries to buy votes, but they also loot the public treasuries to enrich themselves. Silly. Divide up the country and neither part will be in any position to go around the world "hammering places" (maybe that's a positive). Whatever clout we have in the world is lost if we split up.

And for whatever stupid reason of their own, a lot of scientific and entrepreneurial types aren't comfortable with social conservatism or the Republican Party, so you may see a real "brain drain" to the blue zone.

Those "greedy corporations" seem to like liberal social policies, and even promote them. Invite them in and they'll just recreate in Wall's new country everything he objects to in the old America.

I notice there are now at least a half dozen liberal responses to "John J. Wall" that are just as brain dead as his original article. Maybe we could get him and his counter-screeders together on their own very small island to fight it out among themselves.
