I need help from the Freeper Community. My entire bean garden was wiped out by a cottontail rabbit this weekend. The rabbit can be seen in my backyard mocking me with her twitching nose. I have been an avid hunter and have killed myriads of game before but I am having difficulty (with my wife's advice) from sending this Obama rabbit to the great carrot garden in the sky. My question is thus: Is my hesitancy in expediting this rabbit a sign of liberal or worse RINO behavior? Am I caving in to the zeitgeist of the times by not putting a .22 into the head of Watership Down resident? My other options are repellant sprays, live trapping, or installing a $100 rabbit fence. If I get any Freeper responses to my dilemna, I will follow their advice (like a true RINO). The fate of Peter Cottontail is now in your hands!

Note: This recipe doubles (or triples) nicely if you encounter Flopsy, Mopsy, and Cottontail at the same time.
It will bring water and entertainment to your garden.
If that fails, you can always practice your survival skills with a pellet gun.
We bought wabbit and deer repellent spray. Just make sure when you spray it that the wind doesn’t blow it back at you. The odor is horrid, but after spraying you don’t smell it, but the wabbits do. Contains fox pee, a wabbits natural enemy.
Yes you are officially a libtard and there is no hope for you. Anyone who thinks others are responsible for their own situation is a libtard. Now get out of here and go register at DU with your ilk.
I shoot ground hogs from an upstairs window to deal with this problem. If that option is available to you it might be give it a shot.
The 3 Ss’. Shoot, sauce and supper.
You obviously need more coffee. /s
CB caps.....SBD.
then feast on your kill (though I know of people who wont eat rabbits unless it is cold out....something to do with worms...but I do not see how they wont have worms in the cold weather too?)
I understand your dilemma. In my youth, I loved to fish, but as I got older, I started having trouble putting a hook through live bait.
Isn’t there a way you can twap the wabbit humanely without injuring it, and then relocate it?
Thanks. We’ll order some today and crank up the sprayer.
Here’s a spray I’m trying: one clove garlic and one small onion macerated into a juice, add one teaspoon cayenne, then add one quart water, let it sit for an hour, then strain it, then add one tablespoon dishwashing liquid, and you’re ready to go, spray on leaves, smells awful, but I hope it works for me and yours next time...
I’ve popped three raccoons this weekend robbing my trees and stealing my cat’s food. I see similarities here. The bright spot is the buzzards are eating well.
Remington subsonic HPs are the way to go—they work well on body shots for ‘chucks, too.
IF YOU CAN GET THEM, of course.
OK . . . Freepers have spoken. It’s running better than 5:1 for rabbit murder. I’ll be on my roof tomorrow morning with my scoped Savage 17HMR ready to put a piece of lead between Thumper’s eyes. Remember his (or her) blood will be on your hands.
You’re suffering from a feeling of being overwhelmed by the tidal wave of takers like the rest of us producers. You may get rid of this rabbit, but in your heart you know others are in line to take its place.
