Seems to be the case. I was stunned yesterday watching the hearing and several democrats were asking Holder about ‘profiling Arab Americans’ and ‘hate crimes’ against them!!

No concern about the bombings and THAT ‘hate crime’ that killed and maimed Americans.....only concern for Muslims!!! Democrats deserve no place in leadership or security with priorities like that...just pathetic.

... I see this note as a confession....his reasons are not significant to me...(In Islam it's always the same victim story)....but it does show he wasn't simply being led around by his brother, but he himself was on this mission to destroy and "believed" in what he was doing.

The boat could have easily had a marker in it..and he was a student so could have carried one with him....I see no problem that he could have left a confession....they all want to go out in a blaze of glory!...Leaving their “mark” before they leave. It is standard suicide bombers make videos of themselves etc. So yes it’s likely he left this note.

Others are reporting a marker....but the idea he wrote this out while in that boat all those hours is possible IMO.

Time will tell, but I doubt they would be using this note ‘as evidence’ if they didn't have proof he did so, and backing it up with further evidence he did so.
