It would have been less costly had she just given her the refund this time.... the entire commotion may have resulted in loss business that day, and loss future business... not to mention the mess, the jars of pickles, etc...
Nope, that ‘customer’ is going to jail. She’s been summonsed to appear for assault charge and doesn’t have a leg to stand on - she won’t be able to bully a judge.
If she’s lucky the judge will only make her pay damages.
