Nope, that ‘customer’ is going to jail. She’s been summonsed to appear for assault charge and doesn’t have a leg to stand on - she won’t be able to bully a judge.
If she’s lucky the judge will only make her pay damages.
And look at that hassle... going to court... costly... in time and effort... giving her her 5 bucks back would have been wiser...
