With the twists of a few final bolts, the steel spire atop One World Trade Center was installed Friday morning — raising the building’s height to a symbolic 1,776 feet.
A sea of construction workers stared into the blue spring sky with pride and delight after the finishing touches were applied about 8 a.m.

My son is a director of documentary film and sent me a picture he took yesterday from the top of that building - floor 105.
I don’t know why he was there. He’s working on “Heroes Behind the Badge Two” film. He made the first one last year.

First thought it inspired in me was a call to prayer thingy, if minaret is word you want to use then ok. I will will not forget my first trip to egypt in mid eighties we laughed at the silly noise in the city. Guess I was just ignorant. I’m not anymore and do not find it funny sounding anymore. Now I worry.
