At 1:40PM Jay Carney was seen attempting to climb the White House gate to get OUT of the White House. Security personel apprehended Mr. Carney who was heard shouting “i can’t do it anymore” as he was injected with what appeared to be thorzine. Mr. Carney is reportedly up and awake now, preparing for the rescheduled Presss Briefing.
