Egyptian husband stabs couple after finding lover hiding under his bed
An Egyptian man still in the honey moon with his wife returned unexpectedly to his house in Cairo to find her lover hiding under his own bed. He rushed to the kitchen, brought a knife and stabbed both of them.
The man, an electrician, told police that when his wife opened the door for him, he quickly became suspicious when he noticed that she was confused.
When he asked her why she was confused, she replied that she was only happy with his return but he did not believe her, newspapers said.
After searching his bed room, he found her lover hiding semi nude under his bed, the papers said, adding that the wife and the lover were both hospitalized with stab injuries while the husband was arrested.
I guess he didn’t have a shotgun - that’s what we’d use in the American hills for a situation like this.
That’s the funniest thing I’ve seen in a while.

I’m confused. He was “still in his honeymoon” but “returned unexpectedly”? This is egypt. Was he on a honeymoon with another wife and returned unexpectedly?

I’m not positive of the rules over there, but couldn’t she be jailed or even executed?
The fella under the bed - what do we know about him? Was he a hotel employee who would have seen the husband leave his wife alone in the room?
Although the article does not say what faith doctrine is involved, it is clear the UAE and Egypt adhere to an 'honor culture' where women are second class and their testimony is only worth 1/2 that of a Muslim male. In cases of rape, the female must present her case with four male witnesses testifying on her behalf.
Under these circumstances, it is plausible his newlywed wife permitted a hotel staff member into the suite under false pretenses and was eventually accosted.
Then her husband returned and needed to be let back in the room.
She was stuck between a rock and a hard place (pun intended) when her husband arrived. Clearly, the intruding male wasn't about to answer the door.
If she cried out, she'd still have to explain how the male got into the room. . .leaving her suspect anyway.
Good one.
Then a friend of his pulled the same thing on his parents “I don’t have to listen to YOU. I will move in with my buddy!”.
So the next thing you know he is working all the time - while his buddy and his girlfriend are freeloading at his place.
He gets off work early one day and finds his girlfriend naked in bed in the middle of the day - usually she wore pajamas. Suspicious he opens the closet - and there is his ‘buddy’ standing there naked.
I told him “I would have NEVER opened that door. I would have sharpened my knife collection, cleaned my guns, practiced nunchucks - for HOURS - until he came CRAWLING out of that closet.” He laughed and said he would have if not so mad he wasn’t thinking straight.
I guess the screwing he got was not worth the screwing he was getting.
??? Not sure what that means.
But I do know that leaving your teenage girlfriend alone with your teenage buddy day after day while you work to keep a roof over their heads is NEVER a good idea - on several levels.
I’m thinking the “honeymoon” is probably an extended initial time period - not like we think of a honeymoon. IIRC the term honeymoon started with the Vikings(?) where they would drink honey mead and take it easy for a month (moon).
So, the honeymoon is over?
The three scariest words that a person and their lover can hear when in bed ... “Honey I’m home”
That is funny. I’m sure it’s old but first time I’ve seen it.
