Experts have warned that parents who allow babies and toddlers to access tablet computers for several hours a day are in danger of causing dangerous long term effects.
The youngest known patient being treated in the UK is a four-year-old girl from the South East.
Her parents enrolled her for compulsive behaviour therapy after she became increasingly distressed and inconsolable when the iPad was taken away from her.
Her use of the device had escalated over the course of a year and she had become addicted to using it up for to four hours a day.
Dr Richard Graham, who launched the UKs first technology addiction programme three years ago, said he believed there were many more addicts of her age.

So you take something away from a toddler that the toddler is playing with and the toddler starts to scream and cry. What a surprise.

I knew a kid that was attached to a upright vacuum. He liked being around when it was used. This is at a preschool and one day he saw a teacher unzip the the vacuum bag and pull out the paper disposal bag, he went hysterical. It took a minuet to figural out what upset him put a new bag in the vacuum and turn it back on to clam him down a little. Before he was really happy again we had to let push the vacuum around awhile. He was still vacuuming when his mother showed up. She didn’t seemed as shocked as the teacher was for some reason.
Silly you. How are those toddlers supposed to track The Market if they don't have an iPad?
And just wait until the touchpad generation graduates from high school.
