Those of us who believe in Traditional American Values, The American Constitution and a Judeo/Christian God are under assault. We are being attacked both on a National and International level.
While I know this is not news to many, it is time to acknowledge and reaffirm the seriousness of the battle. With the ascendence of the Radical Marxist Obama to the very Highest Authority in our Nation, the Left has abandoned all preteneses of moderation and compromise. They no longer feel the need to cloak their truse desires.
They speak openly of Redistribution of Wealth, Government as the Ultimate Authority, Community over Individuality and celebration of Victimhood over Individual Acheivement.
They openly promote propaganda and prejudice as a means of divide and conquer. We are told we must believe in Global Warming and the righteous nature of perverted lifestyles. There is an unapologetic attack on Christians and Caucasians. The "Old White Guy" is an unprotected minority suitable for lynching.
Blacks and Homosexuals can do no wrong. They are exempt from criticsm and responsiblity regardless of the nature of their rhetoric or offense.
I have long since recognized that the left feels no obligation to engage in a political/social dialogue of mutual respect with the Right. The Left envisions themselves as the underdogs in a system dominated by greedy white men and primitive religious dogma. This allows then to justify using any tatic to defeat us even if it is outside the law or bounds of fairness.
By imagining themselves as "Robin Hoods" saving the masses from the evil entrenched Power Structure, they grant themselves immunity from any restraint that would bind them to honorable engagement.
They hate and despise us with the fervor that a Nazi hated a Jew. They would happily relegate us to the back seat of the bus while justifying our second class status with the rationalization that it is what we deserve for subjugating and dominating their Precious Mob of Minorities.
I do not think their hate for us and what we represent knows any bounds. I believe they are intent on eliminating us by any means not excluding violence.
The media slants and sensors the news in order to promote this cause. We truly have very few allies. So called Conservative Politicians behave as if they were equals in a civilized disagreement with willing and respectful partners. They are self serving Fools. They don't have the stomachs to engage at the level of the opposition.
Until Traditional Values Americans find the Spine and Voice to articulate our positions and are able to effectively, forcefully and unapologetically confront the Insane Destructive ideas of the Left, we will continue to give ground rapidly.
The Left does not intend to take prisoners. They will never yield and will only be partially satisfied when each one of us is dead or capitulates.
Excellent post, Awgie. I agree with you 100 percent. We are in a war against progressivism, statism and the degradation of our culture, by the radical left. They have infested our government and our public institutions. They control our colleges and universities and are intent on indoctrinating students in their Marxist ideology.
This is a war we must win.

Imagine the reaction if the King with no clothes had been exposed to laughter and derision as he displayed his new garments. We've got naked kings running all over the place telling us how beautiful they are dressed in their cloaks of America Hating, Homosexual Affirming, Abortion Promoting Rags.
We need to put them on the defensive with strong unapologetic language. Make them choke on their Latte Frappes as we laugh in their faces and refuse to bow down to their ignorance.
I didn’t know what other box Old Sarge was referring to but the inevitable box that comes to mind that we will all face is a wooden box buried 6 feet deep.
They don't have the humanity to acknowledge her in the slightest positive way. Their hatefulness knows no bounds.
They are eager to dance on our graves.
They are the architects of death and destruction. They cannot build and create they can only tear down and destroy.
That should be obvious and it should be pointed out.
The highest achievements a man or woman can accomplish is to start a business and start a family.
But the Left has targeted both of these traditional American Institutions.
That is maddening enough, but to see them attack Family, Free Enterprise, The Constitution, The BOY SCOUTS! And to do so with impunity, immunity and brazen cockiness is evidence of a coming disaster.
Our voices need to rise and they don't need to be polite!
American conservatism — which is to say classical liberalism — is weathering a leftist tidal surge of world-historical magnitude and we shouldn’t be dismayed that it’s a rough go.
It’s like the earthquake followed by the tsunami. We made it through the earthquake, which was the era of explicit socialism, which came and failed, and now we’re dealing with the tsunami.
We just need to ride it out without caving to the “we’re doomed” mindset.
We’re not entitled to an easy win just because we’re right. Life on earth is hard and we need to be prepared for that. We need to be tenacious.
I guess Kruschev was pretty prophetic when speaking about the US: “We will take America without firing a shot…….We will BURY YOU! We can’t expect the American People to jump from Capitalism to Communism, but we can assist their elected leaders in giving them small doses of Socialism, until they awaken one day to find that they have Communism. We do not have to invade the United States, we will destroy you from within.”

There would be no communism without Wall Street. Sounds “crazy”, but I would recommend some research into J P Morgan, American International Corporation at 120 Broadway, etc.

I know. Although we had pretty good numbers at every protest against DeathCare here locally, how many people always had some excuse. I took vacation days, worked flex hours, did whatever it took to get to 99% of the protests. At least I went down fighting on that one.
But — and I do understand how most of us just want to be left alone but we haven’t had that luxury in a long time — how many won’t show up for anything, then sit at home and wonder how the Bolsheviks completely overran us.
I keep hearing these stothought’s everyone has regarding the state of our Country.
What I never see is any thoughts about organized effort to fight back.
The left fights for new laws that support their agenda and what laws they cannot get passsed , they fight in the courts to overturn laws that protect our agenda (traditional America)
They are far ahead of us. We laughed at Obama being a “Community Organizer”. But I will be the first one to admit that he is damn good at it and the left is organized on almost every level.
The Tea Party that was our hope going forward is not as organized as it once was. This needs to change.
I am stating right now, here on FR, that I would like to see us, and everyone who shares our values, organize in some way to fight back.

I agree with you 110%. I remember in early grade school hearing that quote from Kruschev. We thought the guy was showing signs of dementia and could not believe he could make such an outlandish statement. I really hate that we are now having this conversation. You are right...I think that they grossly underestimate us that want to keep a republic in this country.
