MARYSVILLE — A man managed to elude police after being Tased 4 times on Interstate 5 Sunday in Marysville, Wash. Police believe he was on some sort of drug. The family filming the incident couldn’t believe the man was still standing.

Actually, this may only be a particularly hardcore 0bamavoter. Their imperviousness to rational thought causes them to be in denial of most all natural forces and laws, and their overall cognitive impairment suggests a highly compromised central nervous system. Enough of a compromise to resist multiple taser shocks? Only multiple multimillion-dollar Government studies conducted over decades will allow us to be sure......

We need better tasers.
I've always preferred airborne water cannons to deal with trash like this, but sadly the Marysville PD doesn't have one yet.

I had a friend who was an electronics technician, who provided the service of “boosting” stun guns and Tasers far beyond their factory specs. He said the hardest part was cramming a much larger capacitor in there.
They discharged so quickly you would only have one shot, so it had better count. But it would take down just about any man alive.
