I've always preferred airborne water cannons to deal with trash like this, but sadly the Marysville PD doesn't have one yet.
I had a friend who was an electronics technician, who provided the service of “boosting” stun guns and Tasers far beyond their factory specs. He said the hardest part was cramming a much larger capacitor in there.
They discharged so quickly you would only have one shot, so it had better count. But it would take down just about any man alive.
We’re gonna need a bigger taser...
